Jeff McKissack - What It Means to be a Gentleman

"You know over the years if I've ever been asked what is your definition of what it means to you to be a gentleman? I've had a number of buddies that often kid me about my sense of style or fashion. So you would think that it would be something along those lines. But it's not. I go back to a quote I heard years ago, and I wish I knew the source, I unfortunately do not. But my definition of a gentleman is much also my definition success, which says -that 'A man is a success, who has gained the admiration of intelligent men while also the adoration of small children.' I think in order to be a man, you have to be someone that appeals to all people in all ages. To me that is a gentleman."
